3. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or for targeted advertising. We do not use Google Analytics advertising features, such as Google signals or ad personalization.

This website uses cookies needed for it to function and stay secure, and Google Analytics cookies to measure how the website is used. We use analytics to count visits and actions on the site, such as clicks on our phone number or booking button and form submissions, not to identify you or to show you ads. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not share analytics data for advertising. Our website hosting provider may also use its own scripts to monitor site performance and basic traffic.
Third-party tools you choose to use, such as Microsoft Bookings, may set their own cookies under their own policies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
6. Confidentiality of Client Tax Information
As a Texas-licensed CPA firm, we are subject to professional rules that prohibit disclosing confidential client information without the client’s consent, except as permitted by law. Tax return information is also protected by Section 7216 of the Internal Revenue Code, which generally prohibits using or disclosing tax return information for purposes other than preparing the return without the taxpayer’s written consent. Your engagement letter describes how client information is handled during an engagement.
7. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including a secure client portal for confidential documents. No website, email, or internet transmission is completely secure, which is why we ask that confidential information never be sent through the public website form or regular email.
8. How Long We Keep Information
We keep information you submit through this website until you ask us to remove it. Client records are retained as required by law, professional standards, and the engagement letter, so some records may need to be kept even after a removal request.
